is Director of the Digital Library Development Center at the University of Chicago Library and parent of two boys who have been Waldorf educated since early childhood. Dedicated to providing them this educational experience through high school, he was an early and enthusiastic supporter of this initiative.
is a former high school Spanish teacher whose visit to an established Waldorf high school in her hometown changed her mind about what adolescents needed and what more a high school could do to prepare students for our ever changing world.
Mom to two girls and Founder of Parent Council at UPWS, she is currently finishing her Foundations Studies through the Center for Anthroposophy.
is a high school Art and English teacher, artist, and parent of two boys. She was inspired to help create Towering Oaks when she saw the need for a high school that worked outside the traditional 19th century models and sought to nurture the spirit and soul of the adolescent. She is currently finishing her Foundations Studies through the Center for Anthroposophy.
